In Canada, there's smthg called Capital Dividend Account. Does US have it?


The capital dividend account keeps track of various tax-free surpluses accumulated by a private corporation. These surpluses may be distributed as capital dividends free of tax to the corporation's Canadian-resident shareholders.

Not that I am aware of.
