What is the procedure of increasing the authorized capital of a private limited company?

What is the procedure of increasing the authorized capital of a private limited company?

Yes.

You can increase the authorised share capital by passing an 'ordinary resolution' and filing form G123 (i think) with Companies House.

Its basically alloting more shares into the company itself; (but only upto the max allowed by the authorized capital)

It all depends on which country you are in.....

I suggest you speak to the auditor/ financial officer about that. I would assume that most countries would require that position to be filled.
