How can i obtain annual reports or financial statements of private equity like KKR, blackstone , PPR, Carlyle? |
I need financial statements details or annual reports of private equity companies Private equity funds are not required to file their financials publicly. If you knew a limited partner in one of the funds, you could ask them for it -- but they legally should not disclose them to you as it would violate confidentiality restrictions one typically places in ones' limited partnership agreement. |
