What are private equity companies? |
I am not fiancially aware at all, I have just heard the term private equity companies mentioned a lot in the news recently and I dont understand what they do? could someone, in simple language tell me please? thanks Private companies do not have publicly traded stocks. For example, your local dog grooming shop. They are companies which raise money for capital infusion.. Just like an investment bank. |
