Is 15% of my business worth 拢15,000?

My self and a partner own a print management company, it has been set up 14 months with a turnover to date of 拢75,000. we are covering cost but not pulling a huge wage around 拢400 pcm each we have a full time designer on 拢13k a year

We have been looking at ways to move our business forward and are looking in to investment from a 3rd party. His money would be used to pay of a debt to the company of 拢9,000 for building works and 拢4500 to debters this would help the business to be more profitable on a monthly basis.

The rest of the money would be used for tele-sales to increase business.

Is 15% of our business worth 拢15,000???
