What is the most profitable investment you have made in your life?

What is the most profitable investment you have made in your life?

I trade in the stock market AND foreign currencies. By FAR the best "investment" has been my houses; 2 spec homes and my own that I bought at almost the perfect timing for my area. Real estate is the way to go if you're starting with very little money.

2 years ago when the real estate market was booming in las vegas and arizona. got $10,000 for downpayments and bought two houses. after a year, sold it and profited around 100,000 for each house.

The TIME I've invested in thinking about life and its meaning and appreciating the good things. The TIME I've taken to look at people and observe them and realize how many bad people there really are out there and knowing this, I can keep my guard up. Also the TIME I've invested in continuing the friendship with my best friend, even though she lives 2 hours away.

My education.

Myself and my education have proven the most lucrative investment I could make and the most secure with the highest return as well.

my children

I downloaded the game Maplestory

i know this be slightly off the mark of your question, but the best ever investment i ever made was in myself, went to college, graduated and got certified in several other fields to better my lot in life. you can not lose anything by learning more. invest in your self first, the rest will follow.
