I am looking at buying a second property for investment what type of down and interest rate should I expect?

I have an existing mortgage and good credit. Not a lot to put towards a down payment on an investment property. What kind of interest rate am I looking at? A percentage point or two higher?

with the changes in the mortgage industry and you stating you do not have much to put down means you probaly arent buying an investment property you will need at least 20% down. also you will need to qualify for both payments and the rate would be around 7.25-7.72%
