I am looking at an investment property in a neighbouring town. The numbers look good, the seller and my realtor are asking me to execute a curb side contract withour seeing the interior. They say if the inspection shows any problems I can I can get out of it. Is this common? read more tips that will help you on this site It is understandable if the seller is asking you. But your realtor? I think you better check the inside first. Or make sure there's an exclusion clause in the contrat saying if whatever goes wrong, you have the option of opting out. |
