because unless you have well established business credit, you have given a personal guarantee on the mortgage. if you are in foreclosure, the guarantee has been breached. it doesn't matter if you call it 'investment property' or any other name.

because it's your "personal" investment

a foreclosure is an foreclosure no matter what it is. a car a house anything you said you would pay and you don't so it gets taken away goes on your credit so other people when you go to get something else can look at your foreclosure and know the risk. that if it happened before it might happen again. i hate this credit crap to.
