Investment Property for $6500 ?

There is an investment property listed on ebay for $6500 ? Is there a way ti find out if these are genuine and fraud free OR is there a catch ti it.

I live in Indiana and usually money exchanges hands at the closing table of the title company. If you sent a wire to the title company you should be safe. I would not send a wire to the seller under any circumstances. Ask them what title company they are using and can you get a copy of the "title commitment". Also $1500 in title fees seems very high on a $6500 deal. Look up a buffalo NY title company online and call them and get their fees for the deal. I don't much like the sound/tone of the pitch. Also, the property management fees seem high to me as well.

I'm sure it is an accurate listing.

The catch is that it is in Buffalo.

There are many homes in this price range in the city.

Do as much research as you can on the area.

It is one of the poorest major cities in the entire country.
