How come my credit report only shows one credit score?

I just opened a capitalone card about a year and a half ago I started off with $500 dollars and then moved up to $1000 dollars, but they don't show my credit score on my credit report, than I opened a department store and had credit of $300 and raised up to $450 and only had it for a year how come they show the department store credit score, but not my capital one credit score. It makes me look like I have low credit?

Capital one is the company who offered me the credit report from mycreditinform.com, but they don't report my score don't get it?

You should be able to ask Capitol One to report your scores to the various credit reporting agency to give you another score on your record. Contact their customer service department for help.

It sounds like you got two different credit reports. It also looks like Capital one is not reporting to one of them, for some reason. Also, when you get a credit report, you don't automatically get your score also unless you pay for it, from what I've seen. There are three major credit reporting agencies, and they each have their own score, too. Try getting your credit report from the annual credit report website. You can either request one of the three companies or all three. They offer you the chance to pay to find your your number score too. You can get a credit report once a year, by law, for free, just because you want it. You can also get a free copy of your credit report if you apply for credit and you are either denied credit or have some sort of adverse decision (like having to make a large deposit) due to info in your credit report. It's a great opportunity to look for mistakes like the ones you're talking about.

Your report only has one credit score. The accounts itself are not rated with numbers as a credit score.

okay the deal with capital one and american express their dont report your credit limit on your report you MUST and i repeat MUST call Capital One and ask for you credit limit to be reported.. it may take a while but their well do it for you.

I think you are getting scores and credit limits mixed up.

There are three major credit bureaus and they each have their own way of calculating your score.

Capitol-One is known for not reporting peoples credit limit to the bureaus. You have to call them and demand that they report this information. It may take while but they will do it.
