Do you need hundreds of thousands of dollars to start a real estate business or any business? |
Or does it depend on how strong your business plan is so that you can get funds and raise capital? Depends what you're looking for? I would say yes if you want to make it big, and no if you don't. I started my real estate business with 8,000 dollars. I rented an office, supplies, Hire people, and ran an office. The reason you would need money is for the begaining when you haven't made any money yet to pay for rent. Yes you also need a strong business plan and people who's willing to help you all the way with it. Unless you want to be like Donald Trump, who buys and sell. It's a hard business out there now due to the foreclosures. hundreds of thousands of dollars is not needed. in fact if you are just starting you wouldn't want to put that much into a business. It just all depends on what the starting fees are because if your business if profitable then the rest pays for itself. A strong business plan is a must. You might have to find some investors as you get started. |
