Is there a way to raise my credit limit on my capital one card?

Is there a way to raise my credit limit on my capital one card?

Just call them and ask if you can have it raised. They will re-evaluate your credit and with good payment history with them, may raise it for you. It all depends on your debt to income ratio and your payment history. Good Luck!!

If you have good credit, call them and ask them to raise your limit.

Yeah, call them up and ask them for an increase. I am a credit manager and people do it all the time.

You can actually do this with Capital One by calling them and using the automated system and following the prompts after it asks if you would like to request a raise to your credit limit. Many times this can be done without even talking to a live person with Capital One. If the limit increase is not enough, then you will have to contact a customer service rep and ask them if they can grant you anymore of a limit increase. Capital One loves extending credit and increasing limits.

call them they should be able to help if you are in good standing

5 not to miss things for a good credit score

1. Use the credit card only when absolutely essential. Pay your regular expenses by cash or a debit card. This will help you budget and not go overboard with credit card debt.

2. Follow repayment schedules like religion. Don't miss out and invite late payment fees, increased APR rates and blocked reward programs.

3. Don't stick to the monthly minimum payment. Pay the maximum you can afford and get that outstanding debt cleared as fast as possible. By just paying the monthly minimum the credit card companies reap the maximum rewards while, as a consumer you pay the maximum interest.
