I am getting tired of trying to open my clothing business, but I can't raise enough capital. What do you thin I think my buddy Donnie didn't give up, and now he has two "Dazign" stores, one in NYC and one in Miami, and I saw him on MTV the other day hanging out with Kanye West. Blew my mind. I think you don't want it enough. You don't have the "fire", the burning desire to open your own business. If you did, you would find a way to raise the money. I think capital flows towards the investment that looks the most promising for a good return given the risk. Since you admit to not being able to raise capital...it sounds like everybody you are talking to thinks the idea is not worthy. I am also suffering a similiar situation with an invention promotion company. But my faith in my ability and in the ability to market this keeps me going. Knowing that things happen for a reason I believe that at the right time the right investor will come along. Keep trying and don't be afraid to try different avenues. |
