I have a 25% share in a house with no mortgage How can I raise any capital from this very quickly? You can sell your share to one of the co-owners. That is likely to be the quickest way of releasing your capital although I suspect that they may not offer market value for the 25% share especially if you appear desperate for the cash. Your need to release the capital is probably greater than there need to buy a further 25% share in the house. |
