Who do i contact to get stock to issue for my company to raise capital? |
i would like to do this myself,i know i need to fill out a form, then get the stocks, i cna choose what they look like then need to get them printed on my own,,,but what is the phone number or www. to contact to get this all started? is it different for each state? help Start with a CPA or financial advisor like Edward Jones. They can give you accurate and timely information as to who to contact and the necessary steps to take. They will also be able to give you names of reputable brokerage firms to handle it for you. Of course your friendly lawyer will help you. Be certain to use one that has experience in incorporations. |
