Start with a CPA or financial advisor like Edward Jones. They can give you accurate and timely information as to who to contact and the necessary steps to take. They will also be able to give you names of reputable brokerage firms to handle it for you.

Of course your friendly lawyer will help you. Be certain to use one that has experience in incorporations.
