Limited company capital raise? |
does anyone know 3 ways how to raise capital for limited company? thanks There is really only one way to raise capital and that is to sell shares in the company to people or organizations which are willing to invest. Shares can be voting shares, non voting shares or even preferred stock which functions almost like a bond issue. Companies often look to employees or directors who are interested in investing in the company. Close business partners, relatives, or venture capitalists are another place to look. |
