In your experience, what real estate investment books/seminars/tapess or real estate in general have you found to be extremely helpful. The best one I have found for a beginner investor is titled "The weekend millionaires secrets to real estate investing" by Mike Summey and Roger Dawson. It will take you step by step on how to make a plan and how to put it into action. I only wish I would have found this book sooner than I did. I think these are all scams....the best thing I can suggest is to go to a local community college and take a non-credit real estate course.
