What is the first thing you buy or pay with their tax returned check?

a.Car
b.Credit cards
c.Investment
d. Save in education for you or your children
e. Other

I love getting a tax refund! :)

What we do is usually try to pay off our credit card balances!
Even if you only pay off one or two and just pay some of the others down, it really helps out a lot having the extra money from the refund to be able to do that!

After that, we usually buy something we need like a new couch and chair, new dressers for the kids, things like that.

Or, one year we even took a fun family trip to Disneyworld with our tax return which was really nice!

e. other because an astute taxpayer will not allow the government to have an interest free loan from them.

I try not to pay income tax nor have a refund due to withholding. But if I did I would first pay off the credit cards.

I personally would pay off any high interest credit cards, if I had credit cards(got rid of all cc only pay cash for everything now.), if any thing left I would put into a saving account.
