How do i know the best stock that will yield an excellent returns to invest in?

I am a beginer with litle means of livelyhood but i strongly desire to be an investment expert.

You don't need money to start. You can always borrow money to invest. I started with virtually nothing when I first began.

The most important thing to do is first to learn the stockmarket terminology. You can join a public library and borrow finance and stockmarket beginners books at the public libraries for free.

After becoming conversant with the market lingo and how the market works, I would then recommend that you get some education on investing in the stock market. There are very many financial education centers, websites with self/homestudy products.

When you have learned the in-outs of trading, then you can paper trade for at least 6 weeks using live market data without actually putting your money in the market. After you consistently produce at least, say 10 successful trades, then you will most likely be ready to invest with real money in the stock market.

This is when you can get a loan from your bank say of about $5000 to $10,000, which is what most brokerage companies will require as a minimum to open brokerage accounts with them. When you first begin trading live, I would recommend you use a full service broker who will give you market advice before you place your market trades.

Once you become an expert you can then trade independently thru platforms like Etrade, Ameritrade etc.

Firstly you have to know the stock market. If you want to invest in shares of a particular company, you have to know about the policies of the company that is, dividend policies,P/E ratio ,companies future plans etc.You have to made an analysis of the company. Thus you know the scrip in which give maximum returns.
