Where can i invest 拢25,000 in a small bussiness - if any one here has a good idea let me know?

hi, i recently asked if anyone here was looking for investment in starting up a new business but didnt find anything, so does anyone know where i can invest

i recently came into some from a sale of a house and after spending some money i have just over 拢25,000 left

iv been scraping through at the end of every month - as most folk, but with this money i want to invest it in a small bussiness that will hpefully grow and give me a very good return for my money, i dont want to put it in a bank as i think the will to spend it would be to great,

if anyone knows where i can go to find a small business or has a small business or one they know about that needs investment, or even one they want to start could you please contact me

my email address is chazkel2001@yahoo.co.uk, or click on my picture and email me through that

i should also tell you i have experiance doing account etc. so i can help that way and any other way i can

thanks all in advance

Why don't you contact the Princes Trust? They will surely put you in touch with small upcoming business ventures that may benefit from cash injections.
My brother recieved a grant from them to run his own business but sadly died shortly afterwards.

Whilst you could invest in just one small business it may be better to invest in shares of a few so as to spread the risk.
You could look at the AIM shares market (part of London Stock Exchange) It is a share index specificaly for smaller companies to raise funds through shares. Both UK and international business's float on it. It can be risky as with any shares but the returns can be very high.

With that amount you might well find a local business who wants a partner to expand.

It is a risk though; so many businesses fail within a year or so.

Best of luck!

look up foreclosures in the US - for approx 50000USD buy a house there and rent it - you can hire a rental agency company to take care of finding a person to rent it to - charlotte north carolina is agood city to start - the rental agency will take care of the headaches - they take 10% of the rental income which you get every month - maybe the same thing is possible in UK - but it is pretty easy to get rid of a bad tenant in the US

you probably won't get any serious interest on sites like this.

if you really are serious then why not register with a business angel organisation to offer your money/experience etc to someone seeking finance.

try The British Business Angels Association (BBAA) http://www.bbaa.org.uk/portal/index.php?...

Actually I have sent two emails via Yahoo Answers and one to your email address above over the last 3 days but without any kind of acknowledgement. I have a business established 7 years now with very good prospects for expansion due to important clients and I need capital to help this along. I am willing to strike a deal. I just wonder: did my communications not get through? Have you been inundated with responses and can't answer them all? are you just not interested (a quick reply would be courteous...?) or is this not a serious enquiry?(as someone else suggested). I feel a bit left in the dark here. Thanks.

WOULD TAKE THIS QUESTION WITH A PINCH OF SALT

Timewaster I think....

if you look around at the organic industry or the environmentally friendly industries you might find a few people looking for money to expand or start up. i know there people looking about 3 years ago
its all quite new so i would imagine there are still takers

i feel that it would be a good investment as more and more people are thinking green
and you will contributing to the green economy and philosophy too
and could rake in a lot back
