Has anyone earned a good return on these real estate investments? Trust deeds are ok but there are factors you nust see to evaluate if it is a good note. One is, Is the note seasoned more than 12 months. The next is have the payments been on time. Next is what is the discount you are going to receive by purchasing note. I invest with other investors in Colorado RE ..sometimes we do decide to buy notes depending on the market conditions. I am always meeting people who would like to form an investment corp if you are intrested let me know.
