Which is a better investment: rental income from a flat-appreciation house or investing the cash?

This house I could sell for $179, hasn't changed in 1.5 years, but I could rent it for $1K/month; renters can do some damages overall even with damage deposits, and collecting the rent is a bear...but compared to investing that much $, which is better in terms of month to month returns? Thanks

That is a good idea. Rent it out.

matter on your AGI if it's less than 125,000 then the rental is by far the best investment. if it's more a tax free bond would be better.
