Is anyone investing in Canadian MICs (mortgage investment corporations)? |
Returns on investments are 8 - 12% and they are backed mostly by residential real estate in BC and Alberta. Why aren't people flooding to this investment? I've never heard of them, thanks for piquing my interst. This corporation might be corrupted like Enron! |
