What are some high return investments?

Even if they are high risk or costly....just looking for some ideas.

There are high return investments but the risk is high. Investment in shares, mutual funds etc earns high rate of return. Risk diversification is the main advantage of mutual funds.

Junk bonds, derivatives, individual stocks, forgiegn country debt. The higher the yeild the risker the investment (normally).

Most high returns in the last few years have been in " energy" or in international stocks/funds.... oil and energy fading slightly..look at some funds or ETF's for China, Latin America
