Is there an investment that guarantees more than 10% return? |
Is there an investment that guarantees more than 10% return? There are investments that are paying dividends that are above 10%. They are not guaranteed however. There are no gaurantees on investments that offer that high of a return, that I am aware of. invest in spitzers whores There are banks in offshore and third world countries offering over 10% annual interest, however, those markets are not secured and inflation rates are high. Any investment that "guarantees" a 10% return is not legitimate. not that's legal. yes. if you own real estate and someone signs a lease that they can't break for a long enough period of time... or if you rent out a room in a house that you own... otherwiSe I beleive in certain states you can purchase tax leins on properties. I think in some states you can get 16%backed by the government PLUS any additional fees that the owner has to pay for being late on the taxes... in some cases if taxes aren't payed for a long period of time, you can gain the rights to the property... there's other strategies such as joining an investment class, and asking people what sort of deal they are lookng for.. if you find a deal for them they'll give you a finders fee which is an infinite return since you only need time... you can also find a property and explain to them the property, without giving it away the buying an option on the property. if theyrr willing to pay say 105,000 for a property that's asking for 100,000 and you can get an option for 2500.... that's a guaranteed 100% on your money... of course its technically not guaranteed unless you have a contract with both parties. While nothing in this world is 100% certain, ie a company can guarantee a product, but if the company goes under, they may not be able to.....however, to your to answer the 'spirit' of your question I would have to say yes, with a confidence factor of 99.99%. It's a fact that certain investors have achieved returns consistently well >10% through bull and bear markets for over 100 years. Read "The Successful Investor" and "Lessons From The Greatest Stock Traders of All Time", understand them and simpley do what they've done(and are doing). I do and I've averaged consistently over 30% since employing their methodologies several years ago and believe I will until I die, even through bear markets. One piece of advice I would add to that is make sure your scope are the world markets, not just US. Yes. Iraq and Zimbabwe. |
