What is a aggressive high return yet relatively safe type of investment? |
What is a aggressive high return yet relatively safe type of investment? For aggressive high return investments you really have to be experienced and there will always be high risk. Your best choice would be an aggressive growth mutual fund. It's safe in the sense that you are unlikely to loss all your money, but it will have many stomach churning fluctuations in value. This is not a serious or reasonable question. It is safe to say you WILL lose purchasing power after taxes & inflation in a bank. Don't misuse the word safe. If you mean "high return" as in, does it pay a good dividend--look into Citibank. There is a good yield and "safe" because it is considered a good company. There are many others like it. Look at Yahoo finance and check out the "dividend". Best to buy it and leave it alone. There is no such thing. Search Morningstar for stocks or mutual funds. There is always risk in any investment except your guarenteed SIPC bonds, which are not a high rate of return. Joe is really right! |
