The value is constantly going up and it's easy to sell. real estate If you are thinking about investing into a business then play it safe and franchise Drugs will give you the best return, provided you don't use them yourself and/or get arrested for selling them i'd use it as down payment for a home in an area where property value is still rising. do some research, many areas home values are still going up. mine went up nearly $40,00 in the past year. but mostly it depends on how much risk you want to take and how long you want the investment. you can always search the internet for the highest rate cd's. check out ing.com they have good rates. I have a business opportunity that you can do for $399.00 for your on line travel agency plus $50.00 a month for your web site. If you want to invest your money do some basic research on the topic. I have suggested to many people to get a copy of "Money" magazine and read it. The magazine usually has a lot of basic information in it. Real estate is headed for a correction, at least in the states.
