Do gas stations make good return for your investment? |
Do gas stations make good return for your investment? yes and no I don't know if they make a good investment, but about 3 years ago I heard of a US government incentive scheme that allowed an investor to purchase a gas station in relatively remote areas of the US for US$70,000. I would imagine that if this is the only investment cost, then considering other costs such as interest and working capital costs, this would probably be a worthwhile risk to take. |
