That was last years news. now buyer will not buy a house that was bought in the last three to five years since they are upside down. Southern California was really hot for flipping until about 18 months ago. Today there is still room for some nice profit but you may have to sit on the property for a bit longer now. The median prices haven't fallen yet, but the properties are on the market for about 4 months if reasonably priced. |
