If you had 100-200K to invest, looking for hi rate of return on investment, what would you recommend? |
Looking for a frnachise opportunity, with the goal of starting with one, having 3 within 2 years, and building from there. Sit on your cash for the next year. Former Fed Reserve Chair Greenspan still warns of recession. bonds shares.. buy land for buildings and after a while the price is likely to increase, and you sell it to constructors. I have got to go with commercial real estate. You cannot go wrong. there is a saying that if you put 2 mcdonalds restauraunts across from each other they will gerate the same amount of profit so i'd make that your goal as far as short term gain I;d say any food establishment or maybe a fitness store those are usually about 50k to start ant the turnover depends on the location like all business, starbucks or a dunkin donuts but these franchises are constantly increasing every quarter so if you can do something before july 1st then you'll get a sweet deal you can even negotiate start up cost but not that much maybe at the most 10k off you can invest in stock options. but because you don't where to invest so you must invest in education about investing first. I'd suggest that you put at least 50K with aid4families and that would provide you with steady monthly income since it pays 10% of your deposit. ill open a mutal fund on a index fund like s and p 500. As far as investing in a franchise I would first ask what do you have experience in? As far as a hi rate of return what is the level of risk you are willing to take on? If you are serious I can answer better after you answer the two questions you can write to me at billone44@yahoo.com Well, business opportunites are plenty. catalytic converters Talking of franchise, any franchise within your stated limitation (100-200K) is good. It's just a matter of location. |
