I have years of experience in employability (suiting the individual to an employer by identifying their skills/knowledge experience gaps and signposting them to appropriate training, advice etc) I am also a qualified trainer and training needs Analyser. I have always worked in the public sector, but with a son to support i feel this is now to unstable (funding etc) and really want to break into private recruitment agencies. I have skills which i think are transferable to the sales and cold calling aspect of the role however have never actually wrked in sales....do i have a chance?? serious answers please........... thank yooooo.x oh yes it isnt a hard sell situation.
you just call local companies and explain what you have to offer - saves them the job of weeding out the unsuitable candidates so they are receptive to this - go for it |
