I have been denied my PF and Gratuity amonts by my employer after 18 years of service.Kindly advise me.? |
I have been working in a public sector bank since 18-8-1980 and i have been dismissed from the service on the report that my caste certificate was fond wrong.After 18 years of service ,though they got it confirmed before my services confirmed in the service , my employer dismissed me from the service on 6-7-2005 and denied to pay my terminal benefits like Provident Fund and Gratuity amounting to Rs.4.5 lakhs , stating that dismissed employees are not eligible for those benefits.But as per the law P.F. and Gratuity amounts are savings of the employee in his service and can not withhold.Kindly advice me in this regard .Waiting for your reply. Tell them u will see them in court! You'll need bigger guns. |
