I have an excellent Website and i am receiving a hit a minute and i need seed capital?

I have a website I have developed over a 4 year period and have an amazing team to work on it but I am suffering the problem of seed capital. The website is good enough to be sold world wide and serious offers will considered.
I was a huge success in the music industry starting and building the Corner Hotel in Richmond to achieving the status of a major music venue.
The website is like a magazine and has the ability to incorporate advertising into its design.
