Am starting up a fast food restaurant with two of my friends, so i need to know how best to make it a success? |
the fast food restaurant is a small one with two employees and i have about 55% share of the startup capital so they made me the managing director.the fast food is sited in my neighbourhood and there are other fast food restaurant in the areae but not close enough to my own fast food restaurant & they are a bit bigger than mine so i will like to know the best kind of service, customer care & the best way to manage it Administratively & financially to avoid running the company down. You've got to decorate the place and make it look nice! I know it may sound stupid but customers prefer to go to somewhere that looks nice than dingy and it helps a lot! When you start up make sure you advertise a lot, you need people to be curious and think "oh I'll try going there for a change, see what its like" and having offers always helps. Maybe start with free delievery!!! Makesure the customer has somewhere to sit and your system needs to be quick and sharp!! You need to go to those fastfood places near and see their prices, because yours need to be cheaper and better value!! Although they aren't close, people will go all ways for fastfood! Write a business plan. |
