Is now the time to Buy Bear Stern?

With JP Morgan about to Buy Bear Sterns Is now the time to Buy Bear Stern Bear Stern Stock is around $4.73 and JP Morgan is around $40.06 would every 1 stock I buy for BSC @ $4.73 turn to $40,06? when JPM does the BUY out? would My investment jump up to about %1000 ?

No

What makes you think you would get one share of JPM for every share of BS? You would get $2 per share -- or perhaps one share of JPM for every 20 shares of BS.

This would be a phenominally bad time to buy Bear Stearns -- unless you are JPM.

Depending on how it goes, you probably won't see any JP Morgan stock...you'll get $2 for every share you have...

You wouldn't be getting one JPM share for every BSC share.

You'd be getting 0.05473 JPM shares for every BSC share you own.

Not a good trade.

are you serious?? lmao

do you get a 100 dollars for every one hundred yens?? no, you probably get a dollor something the most

no you won't get JP morgan share for 40.06.. your stock value will be the same as today after the conversion

yes
