This is not good time to invest in stocks....................?

Some brokers says
This time is not good for investment in stocks... because too high price you can not see in future......Is this true......????????????

No one can predict the future of stock prices. Not you. Not me. Not professional stock brokers.

A landmark study by professor Seybund showed that 90% of the stock market's returns over a period of 30 years came from only the top 90 trading days. 90 days out of about 4,500 trading days determined the overwhelming majority of the market's 30-year return. Imagine if you had been out of the market during one of these critical days? For a long-term investor, you cannot afford to be OUT of the market.

Another landmark study by T. Rowe Price showed that analysts had to be correct with their market predictions more than 70% of the time to beat a passive buy-and-hold strategy, when they factored in the expenses of trading.

Another study showed that analysts were wrong 60% of the time in predicting future earnings for companies they followed. All of these studies are profiled in my free book, available on my site. Click on my profile to get the site.

If your time horizon is long, then today is as good as any day to begin investing in stocks, preferably mutual funds. If your time horizon is short (a few years), then you should not put that money into the stock market at all. For short time horizons, use bonds or money market accounts. Your investment choices should be based on your time horizon, not current market conditions.

"The ability to ignore current market conditions is an investor's greatest weapon." - William Bernstein, The Intelligent Asset Allocator

I would say it is not the best time. However the news in the couple of days say the economy is very strong. When that happens they try to slow inflation down with increasing interest rates. Increasing interest rates is usually not good for the market. So far this year my stocks are up 11.2% not bad
Also the bond market is the highest in 5 years. When bonds go up stocks go down. When bonds go down, stock market goes up.

Buy Buy Buy!!!!!!!!

Its never smart to invest ALL your money in stocks. It depends on how comforable you are with risk. The general rule that I use with stocks is that if I've heard about it, it's too late. Be sure you have some of your portfolio in guaranteed products.

No.

If you need some help just drop me a line.

I am a Portfolio Manager with over a decade of experience in the Stock Markets.

Yes its definitely true. Buy buy buy and it will become die die die.... lie low and watch now.

wrong. There's always a good opportunity in the market, you just have to find it. I buy stocks that channel, and sell options.
