How is investment monitored in a stock exchange market?

answer should include the media via which such monitoring can be done and the approach.

After you've made an investment through your online broker, it will appear on your live streamer. Some websites like Ameritrade use a Java based live streamer so it is viewable on pretty much any computer with a current browsers. Other online brokerages may use an OS specific built program for their streamer. Tradestation for example uses a Windows platform built streamer that allows you to view all the activity that is going on with your stock(s). A suggestion for a first time trader would be to use Ameritrade, Etrade or Scott Trade. All which are really geared to be simple and easy to use and offer great platforms for viewing the activity of your stock(s).

Good Luck!
