Where to find good free stock investment advise?

I'm look for advise for a beginner with at $2000 to invest.

Way to much advice above.

What you need is action steps.
1) Open a Roth IRA at vanguard.com
2) Put the $2000 in and set up a regular checking account withdrawal.
3) Buy VFINX, the S&P 500 Index fund.

Now that you have the time, an account to trade, consider all the options everyone is giving you above.

Good Luck.

P.S. Nobody is going to disagree with this advice.

Scottrade.com when you become a member with them they offer free advice/research and also offer free classes on the stock market and how it works. There are other websites out there but im in the same shoes as far as little investments and that website suits me just fine.

Yahoo! Finance is one good place. I have some RSS feeds on my blog for reference as well.

Information is the key... take your advice from many, many different articles posted on finance/yahoo or moneycentral/msn ( they post articles from about 15 different sources...learn to just browse through some)
" Fast Money" on CNBC ( 7:00 central) has four very down to earth traders giving thoughts and opinions ( I've made a little money on their advice)
Another way of going about it is a " fantasy portfolio"... experience is the best teacher, etc... go to:
http://www.top10traders.com
Observe for a bit, make up a portfolio, you will all of a sudden start finding places to get info ( better than "advice" in most cases!)
Good luck...start slow...make a bundle!

Open a brokerage account at Zecco and invest in Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo and Yahoo!
