How can I buy CLBR?

This is a $ denominated investment trust quoted on the LSE.
I have a nominee acc with halifax, they wont let me buy it and havent told me why yet.
Thanks for any help.

Why do you want to buy it? Do you know anything about it?, What does it do, does it have assets, does it have debt, does it have income, does it pay dividends?

What is a nominee acct and maybe you should get answers from your broker. I can't beleive they won't TELL you why they won't buy it for you.
