Incorporating?

If i'm starting a new venture in which I want to eventually seek outside funding somewhere down the road (VC...etc. ).

Can I just start the business and incorporate later like in a few years? What are the pros and cons of doing it this way.

Incorporating limits your liability. An LLC does the same thing with less formality, and you can do it for about $300.00
Definitely recommended.
