Given the following info and assuming str.line depreciation to zero, what is the NPV of this project?

Initial investment = $80,000; life = 4years; cost savings = $30,000 per year; salvage value = $10,000 in year 4; tax rate = 35%; discount rate = 12%.

$6844.94

I am still in search of the correct answer. However the answer of $6,844.94 is not the correct answer. I know this because it was multiple choice and that was not an option. Report It
