Thinking of buying good investment house around 600's to 500's in Marietta, GA. 30062 tips please? |
My dad said he's gonna buy me a house. I live in Marietta, GA. 30062. He said make it between 600's to 500's. I want this house to have good resell value so that when I sell it few decades later price will double. I want the house to be in 30062 zip because there is good schools around, and they are good community. plus it is close to my school. So far I thought piedmont cove, The Summit At Piedmont, and Legends at East Piedmont was good. what makes the house price to rise? Like more need the more price I know that. But what other things should I look for. I'm not really good with real estate thing. Thanks I know a great real estate agent in that area. Email me for more info. |
