Me and a friend are planning to start an internet company.?

We have done research and we believe our website will be innovative (it seems nothing like it exists yet). It will offer a new concept that may be attractive to lots of people.

Our plan is to sell publicity when we generate enough traffic.

why would it take 70k to start a website? you can write most of the code yourself for free - you'll need a business plan and you won't get any venture caps willing to invest as little as 70k - plus with a VC investor - you'll lose most of the actual ownership - you have to start it on your own and if you hit a million visitors a day, then maybe you'll attract investors
