Help writting a business proposal?

hello i have been asked to write a business proposal to a venture capitalist who is interested in my idea how ever i am very weak on this side of things since its been a long time sime i practiced on one ...because it will be a life changing opportunity i need someone to help me with the structure of how such a proposal should be like? what kind of points should i include or not to keep them interested? are there any other things i can do to help bost it? etc..please help me

Look for some of the books and software for preparing business proposals/business plans.

Half Price Books usually has a fair selection of both.

Or try your public library or community college business department.

Or ask the venture capitalist if he can recommend someone who can assist you - a CPA firm or financial consultant whose work he trusts.
