What do venture capitalists look for in an employee?

I would love to work in VC. Anyone out there have any advice for me on how to break into this field ?

You almost need to know some one to get into this field. Typically, VC's hire people who come recommended or worked for people they have had partnerships with, etc. VC types are pretty loyal to keeping people on and keeping the same people in the circle.
