How do you ptich an idea to a venture capitalist? should i be worried about them stealing my idea? |
i have an idea (machine) that would require a lot of money. how do i make it come to fruition? i do not think it is patentable. what is the first step i need to take? prototype? anything legal i need to know? thanks Before you go for any investment, including prototype, answer the following questions: Google 'Patent Office' Lots of great insight. Ask them to sign an NDA. Prototype and a very well thought out business plan. How much would it be to produce your item? Who is the target market? How will you reach that market? Is there anything else similar to it on the market? Those are the kinds of questions an investor would want to know. |
