VCs invest in early stage businesses and expect to get a major ownership stake in the company in which they invest and very likely impart some management structure on it as well. In order to get such an investment in your company you must present a well thought out and detailed business plan and convince them that you'll make them a lot of money. They don't care what 'class' you come from, only that you have a plan that is going to work and make them (and you) money. |
