How to be a venture capitalist?

First you would want to get with some current private lenders and offer to have them use your funds. You have to have funds, by the way. As an angel investor in private equity funds, you would get the inside scoop on deals that were being put together. After you network a bit, you will form relationships with innovative people.
If you are talking about how you get a job in a venture firm, that is as simple as applying.

But really, you cannot be a venture capitalist without your own wealth. I have a few friends who do this, but they are very, very wealthy.
